How Do I Get Started?

Step 1

Come in and watch any of our training sessions or try a class for free. Call or email us to set up a time to come in.

Step 2

Sing up for our fundamentals classes with your first months membership. These classes are designed to introduce you to the fundamental movements and methodoloy of CrossFit and are mandatory. The Fundamentals classes are specifically designed for the beginning CrossFit athlete. There are 2-3 classes that we require you to complete that will ensure your success in our regularly scheduled classes and is included in your monthly unlimited membership. You will work with one of our coaches to learn proper form and technique. This mandatory training reduces the risk of injury and allows every client to learn the proper movements under the watchful eye of a professional trainer.

Step 3

Now you are ready to join our regularly scheduled group classes and enjoy the training and encouragement of our coaches and get to know your fellow CrossFitters in the gym.  We look forward to having you join us in our quest for a healthy, active lifestyle!  Welcome to CrossFit Paso Robles!
